1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of gotrevio.com (the "Website") and to the mortgage brokerage services we provide to customers who contact us through it.
The Website is operated by Trevio Commercial Broker LLC ("Trevio", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at 472-0, Al Barsha-373-1313, Al Barsha First, Dubai.
By using the Website, booking a consultation or asking us to help with a financing application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

Definitions. "Lender" means a bank or financial institution that provides mortgage or other financing. "Services" means the brokerage services described in Section 2.
Who our Services are for. We help both UAE residents and non-residents seeking financing for property in the UAE. Lenders apply different eligibility criteria, documents and loan limits to non-residents, and not every product is available to them.
2. Our services
Trevio is a mortgage brokerage. We help customers find and apply for mortgage and other financing facilities from Lenders in the UAE. Trevio is not a bank or lender and does not provide financing itself.
How it works
No guarantee of approval
Every application is assessed and decided by the Lender at its sole discretion. Trevio does not guarantee approval, any interest rate, loan amount, fees or timeline. Lenders may change their products, rates and criteria at any time.
Not the whole market. We work with a selected panel of Lenders. We do not cover every product available in the UAE, and other products not offered through us may suit you better.
The Lender's terms. Any financing agreement is between you and the Lender, and the Lender's own terms and conditions will apply. Please read them carefully before signing.
Fees
Our initial consultation is free. For some products or cases, Trevio may charge a fee for its services. If a fee applies to you, we will tell you the amount and when it is payable in writing before we start work on your application, and you will only pay it if you agree. Fees charged by Lenders, valuers, the Dubai Land Department or other third parties are separate and are set by them.
3. Consultations with our mortgage advisors
Booking
You can book a free consultation through the Website. We will confirm your booking and may send reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We may also need to reschedule, and will contact you to arrange a new time.
What the consultation is
Your mortgage advisor will give you guidance on your financing options based on the information you provide. Please note:
- Based on what you tell us. Guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give. If your circumstances change, or the information is incomplete, the options suitable for you may change.
- Your decision. Our advisors present options to help you compare. Choosing whether to apply, and which Lender and product to apply for, is your decision.
- The bank's approval. Any eligibility, loan amount or rate discussed is an estimate. Only the Lender can approve your application and confirm the final amount, rate and terms.
- Not legal, tax or investment advice. Consultations cover mortgage and financing options only. For legal, tax or wider investment matters, you should seek independent professional advice.
Our advisors keep written notes of consultations to help with your application. We do not record calls.
4. Website content, calculators and communications
Information on the Website
Content on the Website, including our services and about us pages, articles, guides and product information, is general information only. It is not financial, legal or tax advice and does not take your personal circumstances into account. Rates and product details are indicative, may be out of date and can change without notice. Always confirm details with us or the Lender before making a decision.
Mortgage calculators
Our calculators give estimates based on the figures you enter and on general assumptions. Results are for illustration only. They are not an offer of finance, a confirmation of eligibility or a quote, and the amount a Lender will lend you, and on what terms, may be different.
WhatsApp, live chat and email
We aim to respond to messages promptly during business hours, but we cannot guarantee a response time. Information given in a chat or message is general guidance, subject to Section 3. Please do not send identity documents or bank statements through public channels such as social media comments; we will tell you the secure way to share them.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter or updates, we will send you news, guides and information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
5. Your responsibilities
Accurate information
You must give us complete, accurate and up-to-date information and genuine documents. Tell us promptly if anything changes. Providing false or misleading information to obtain financing may be a criminal offence in the UAE, and we may stop working with you and report it where the law requires.
If you give us information about another person, such as a co-applicant, spouse or guarantor, you must have their permission to do so.
Acceptable use
You must be at least 21 to use our Services. When using the Website, you must not:
- Break any law, or use the Website for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
- Submit false bookings or enquiries, or impersonate another person.
- Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to access our systems without permission.
- Scrape, copy or reuse Website content or data for commercial purposes.
- Interfere with the Website's operation or security.
We may suspend or stop providing the Website or our Services to you, at any time, if you breach these Terms or we are required to by law.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Trevio name and logo, text, design, graphics, calculators and software, belongs to Trevio or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
The Website may link to Lenders, social media and other third-party websites. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
6. Liability and general terms
Our liability
The Website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses.
To the extent the law allows, Trevio is not liable for:
- Any Lender's decision, delay, terms, conduct or changes to its products.
- Decisions you make based on general Website content or calculator results.
- Loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provided.
- Indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, opportunity or a property purchase.
- Interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Website.
Where Trevio is liable to you, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid Trevio for the Services concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as system outages, Lender or government actions, changes in law, or natural events.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under UAE consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate Trevio for losses and claims arising from false or misleading information or documents you provide, or your misuse of the Website.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please email info@gotrevio.com with details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on the Website with its effective date. Changes do not affect a fee you have already agreed in writing.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you in good faith. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
Electronic communications. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, including by email and WhatsApp, and that electronic notices meet any legal requirement for written communication.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written fee agreement, form the entire agreement between you and us about the Website and our Services. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
