4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Pixels (or tags) are small pieces of code on our pages that tell an analytics or advertising provider when you visit a page or take an action, such as booking a call.

Your choice. Essential cookies are always on. We only use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels if you accept them through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Website, such as booking forms or chat, from working properly.

What the providers receive. When advertising pixels are on, Meta, Google and TikTok may receive your IP address, device information, the pages you view and actions you take on our Website. They may combine this with information they already hold about you, for example from your account with them, and use it under their own privacy policies. You can also manage ad preferences directly in your Meta, Google and TikTok account settings.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for these, so we rely on your cookie banner choices instead.

We send newsletters and marketing messages only with your consent. You can stop them at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, replying "STOP" to a WhatsApp or SMS message, or emailing us. This won't affect messages about an enquiry or application you have with us.
