1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website gotrevio.com and the Trevio Affiliate referral portal (together, the "Platform"), operated by Trevio Commercial Broker LLC, a limited liability company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Trevio", "we", "us" or "our").
By using the Platform, or by registering as an Affiliate, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

2. Our services and use of the website
Trevio is a commercial broker. We help customers find and apply for mortgage and financing facilities from third-party Lenders. Trevio is not a bank or lender and does not provide financing itself.
Our process:
No guarantee of approval. Every application is assessed and decided by the Lender at its sole discretion. Trevio does not guarantee approval, any interest rate, loan amount or timeline.
Information only. Rates, calculators and product information on the Platform are indicative and may change without notice. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. You should take independent advice before committing to any financing.
Accurate information. You must give us complete and accurate information. Submitting false or misleading information to obtain financing may be a criminal offence.
Fees. Any fee we charge a customer will be disclosed in writing before we start work.
Consultations with our mortgage advisors
When you speak with a Trevio mortgage advisor, by booking a call through the website or otherwise, the advisor will give you guidance on your financing options based on the information you provide. Please note:
- Based on what you tell us. Guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give. If your circumstances change, or the information is incomplete, the options suitable for you may change.
- Your decision. Our advisors present options to help you compare. Choosing whether to apply, and which Lender and product to apply for, is your decision.
- The bank's approval. Any eligibility, loan amount or rate discussed is an estimate. Only the Lender can approve your application and confirm the final amount, rate and terms.
- Not legal, tax or investment advice. Consultations cover mortgage and financing options only. For legal, tax or wider investment matters, you should seek independent professional advice.
When using the Platform you must not: break any law; upload viruses or harmful code; try to access accounts or systems without permission; scrape or copy content for commercial use; or interfere with the Platform's operation.
3. Becoming an Affiliate
The following may apply to become an Affiliate:
- Individuals aged 21 or over.
- Companies, acting through an authorised representative.
To register, you provide your name (or company name), email address and the IBAN of a bank account in your own name (or the company's name) for commission payments. You must tell us promptly if any of these change. Trevio is not responsible for payments made to an incorrect IBAN you provided.
Trevio may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and does not have to give reasons.
You must keep your account details up to date and your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
An Affiliate is an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, partner or representative of Trevio. You must not give financial advice on Trevio's behalf, make promises about approval or rates, collect money or documents from customers for Trevio, or describe yourself as acting for Trevio or any Lender.
4. Making referrals
Consent
A Referral consists only of the person's name, mobile number and email address. Do not send us, or collect, their documents, financial details or any other information; Trevio collects everything else directly from the customer.
Before submitting a Referral manually through the portal, you must tell the person you are sharing their details with Trevio and get their consent to be contacted about mortgage or financing services. You must be able to show evidence of that consent if we ask. Referrals without consent are invalid and may lead to suspension.
When a Referral is valid
A Referral counts only if all of the following apply:
A Referral stays attached to you for 6 months from submission. If the customer's financing is not disbursed in that period, Trevio may treat the Referral as expired.
Duplicate referrals
A Referral is a duplicate if its mobile number or email address matches a customer already recorded in Trevio's system, even if the name is spelled differently. This applies whether the earlier record came from a manual submission, a referral link, another Affiliate, or the customer contacting Trevio directly.
The portal will not accept a duplicate. If a customer submits their details through your referral link and already exists in Trevio's system, the submission will not be recorded as your Referral. Only the first valid Referral recorded by the portal counts, and Trevio's records are final.
If the earlier record expires under this Section (for example, the 180-day or 6-month period passes with no Disbursement), the same person may then be referred again.
Referral links and marketing
Each Affiliate receives a personal referral link. A customer who submits their name, mobile number and email address through your link is recorded as your Referral, subject to the other conditions in this Section. Because the customer submits their own details and accepts our Privacy Policy, no separate consent from you is needed for these Referrals.
Whenever you share or promote your referral link, or otherwise market Trevio's services, you must follow the Trevio Marketing Guidelines, as published in the portal and updated from time to time. The Marketing Guidelines form part of these Terms and apply to every channel, including social media, messaging apps such as WhatsApp, email, websites, blogs, videos, events and printed materials. In particular, you must:
- Clearly mark your content as an ad and disclose that you are a Trevio Affiliate, as set out in the Marketing Guidelines.
- Use only marketing materials, rates and claims that Trevio has provided or approved.
- Not create pages, profiles, accounts, websites or adverts that appear to be operated by Trevio or any Lender.
- Comply with UAE advertising and media laws and the rules of each platform you use.
Your referral link is personal to you. You must not alter it, share it with another Affiliate, or use it to refer yourself. Trevio may change, suspend or deactivate a referral link at any time, and may ask you to edit or remove any content that breaches the Marketing Guidelines. You must do so within 48 hours of the request. Referrals generated through content that breaches the Marketing Guidelines may be treated as invalid.
Conduct
You must not:
- Use spam, cold-calling lists, or purchased or scraped contact data.
- Make false or misleading statements about Trevio, any Lender or any product.
- Use Trevio's name, logo or branding except as allowed by the Marketing Guidelines or with Trevio's written approval, or bid on Trevio's name in paid online advertising.
- Offer the customer cash, gifts or incentives to use Trevio, or share your Commission with them, unless Trevio agrees in writing.
- Submit fake, duplicate or self-generated Referrals, or otherwise manipulate the programme.
5. Commission
Amount
For each Qualifying Referral, the Affiliate earns Commission of 0.30% of the Disbursed Loan Amount. Trevio may set different rates for particular products or Affiliates, as shown in the portal or agreed in writing. Trevio may change rates on 30 days' notice; changes do not affect Referrals already submitted.
No Commission is payable for Referrals that are declined, withdrawn, cancelled before Disbursement, or not disbursed through Trevio, or for any further drawdown, top-up or refinance unless Trevio agrees in writing.
When Commission is earned and paid
Commission is earned only once the Referred Customer's financing has been successfully disbursed through Trevio. It is then included in the following month's commission payment cycle.
Commission is processed within 30 days of the end of the month in which the qualifying loan was disbursed.
Example: if a Referred Customer's loan is disbursed on 15 October, the Commission will be processed and paid on or before 30 November.
This cycle lets Trevio reconcile completed Disbursements with Lenders and make sure each Affiliate receives the correct amount.
Payment is subject to:
- Trevio receiving confirmation of Disbursement from the Lender.
- The Affiliate having provided a valid IBAN for an account in the Affiliate's own name.
- Receipt of a tax invoice, if the Affiliate is VAT-registered.
If any of these is outstanding, payment moves to the next payment cycle after it is completed. Commission is paid by bank transfer in UAE dirhams (AED). Each Affiliate can view Referral status and Commission statements in the portal.
Clawback
If, within 6 months of Disbursement, the financing is cancelled, rescinded or fully repaid, or the Lender reclaims or reduces the fee it paid Trevio, Trevio may recover the related Commission in full or in proportion. Trevio may deduct the amount from future Commission or ask the Affiliate to repay it within 30 days of written notice.
Trevio may also withhold or recover Commission for any Referral that breaches these Terms or involves fraud or misrepresentation.
Tax
Commission amounts are exclusive of VAT. Affiliates registered for VAT in the UAE must issue a valid tax invoice, and Trevio will pay VAT on top where it applies. Each Affiliate is responsible for its own tax, including any corporate tax, on Commission received.
Disputes about Commission
An Affiliate must raise any query about a Commission statement within 60 days of the payment date. Trevio's records, together with Lender confirmations, will be used to resolve the query, and we will respond within 30 days.
6. General terms
Data protection and confidentiality
Each party will comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Affiliates must keep confidential any information about Trevio's business, Lenders, commission rates and customers, and must not use it except for the programme. This obligation continues after the Affiliate relationship ends. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including the Trevio name, logos, text, design and software, belongs to Trevio or its licensors. You may not copy, adapt or use it without our written permission.
Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Trevio is not liable for:
- Any Lender's decision, delay, terms or conduct.
- Indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.
- Interruptions, errors or unavailability of the Platform.
Trevio's total liability to an Affiliate under these Terms is limited to the Commission paid or payable to that Affiliate in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Affiliates indemnify Trevio against losses, fines and claims arising from their breach of these Terms, breach of data protection law, or misleading statements to customers.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end the Affiliate relationship at any time with 14 days' written notice. Trevio may suspend or terminate an account immediately if the Affiliate breaches these Terms, acts fraudulently or illegally, or harms Trevio's reputation.
On termination, Commission for Qualifying Referrals disbursed before the termination date remains payable under Section 5, unless termination was for breach or fraud, in which case Trevio may withhold it. Clawback rights survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
Trevio may update these Terms. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with its effective date, and registered Affiliates will be notified of material changes by email or in the portal. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith within 30 days. If they cannot, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Affiliates may not transfer their rights or obligations without Trevio's written consent. If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails.
